I love Fasco Products. I use their Fastone 2-part glue & 2-part epoxy on the hull DECK SIDES & Bottom (Chips, Knicks & Scratches) Sticks to anything. Sands like Glass & Gel Coat. No need for primer to paint over.

Could not get these pics to load earlier….
tank has 5200 on the feet and installed 1/4 x 20 SS rod thru the stringers with inside and outside washers, nuts to stiffen it up..she is solid
did use the area where the old rot engine mounts , rear bilge , to make a couple storage boxes…..installed nida core walls ….leveled the boat and poured in Arjay transome pour , which self leveled, will glass over…..got the port side done and ran out….made a nice storage….will have 2 floor hatches for access2 Photos

got the under deck done this evening , several other raceways and water pipes going to the center console and front box….front box to get a 10 gallon fresh water tank and batteries for trolling motor. Got water and drain pipes for the live well under console front seat. Ran a couple #8’s to my mid ship spots for electric reels, rest of wiring later…..
fuel tank is in and Plummed
picked up coosa at Merritts supply , West Palm today and dropped off at Soggy Dollar Boatworks to get the deck installed , delivering boat tomorrow
can’t wait to be deep dropping, looking for this big gal…..1 Photo

Got the top sides painted…..came out great, several primer and epoxy coat to get the blisters ……and 3 coats of Alexseal, thanks Soggy Dollar Marine, St Augustine
prepped the gas tank today , will install tomorrow or Monday and back to soggy for the new deck3 Photos

Thanks ….shift and throttle wont fish thru the DW fittings, but adding a pipe thru the rear for them …..Just using any available space…old electrician ……I will have future raceways going to all the spots…….

I wish I could talk you out of putting that pvc in. I didn't do that in my 20' and it's a lot easier to run rigging, wires, etc.

Got the gas tank bed in today …..made good progress last three days
I’m no painter , taking it to my guy Tuesday to get the hull painted
my son in law took a pic of me in the heat of the work today …..drinking a yuengling ….can’t find a bud light anywhere here , i blame DeSantis

Forming foam is a lot like cutting hair …a lil at a time …came out pretty good
Big day, got 2 layers of roven on top of the foam…hope it is enough strength , deck bonds to it and every 3’ wave pulls against it….center console and tee top wise….
